Pixieset

I may use Pixieset to manage parts of the client booking process. This may include contracts, questionnaires, invoices, forms, and client communication.

Information processed through Pixieset may include your name, email address, phone number, booking details, questionnaire responses, invoice details, payment status, and contract records.

Pixieset processes this information so that I can manage your booking, keep appropriate business records, and provide the photography service you have requested.

Pic-Time galleries

I may use Pic-Time to deliver private online galleries. When a gallery is created or shared with you, Pic-Time may process information such as your name, email address, gallery access details, image selections, downloads, favourites, purchases, and related gallery activity.

Pic-Time is used to allow you to view, download, select, share, or purchase images from your gallery. Gallery links may be shared with you by email or direct communication.

Please take care when sharing gallery links or passwords with others, as anyone with access to those details may be able to view the gallery depending on the gallery settings.

Payments and Stripe

If you make a card payment, your payment may be processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider.

I do not directly store your full card details. Payment providers may process personal and payment information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment amount, payment status, and transaction reference.

I may keep records of invoices, payments, deposits, balances, refunds, and outstanding amounts for business, tax, accounting, and contractual purposes.

Images, editing, and storage

As part of providing photography services, I create, edit, store, export, and deliver photographic images. These images may include you, your family, your guests, your business, or other people connected with your booking.

I use Adobe Lightroom and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools as part of my editing workflow. Images may be imported, organised, edited, exported, and prepared for delivery using Adobe software.

Original and edited images may be stored on password-protected devices, external hard drives, cloud-based systems, gallery platforms, and other secure storage solutions used for professional photography workflow and backup.

I take reasonable steps to protect image files and related client information. However, no digital storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Image use and consent

I will only use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, advertising, awards, editorial features, or other promotional purposes where this is permitted under the terms of your contract or where appropriate consent has been given.

If your contract includes permission for image use, this allows me to show selected images as part of my portfolio and business marketing. If you have any concerns about image privacy, please raise this before booking or as soon as possible.

For weddings and events, guests may appear in photographs as part of documenting the day. Where appropriate, clients are responsible for informing guests that photography will take place.

Fonts and website display

This website may use Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts, or self-hosted font files to display the website correctly and maintain the intended visual style.
