As a maternity and newborn photographer based in Kent, I’m here to honour this powerful, fleeting chapter of your story with warmth, care, and intention.

These sessions are designed for expectant mums and newborns up to 12 weeks old, celebrating the connection between you, your baby, and your immediate family, parents and siblings only.

I’m a family photographer based in Tunbridge Wells, photographing families across Kent, East Sussex, Surrey, and London. I’m drawn to honest, unscripted connection, the little quirks, the rhythm of everyday life, and the way you are together when nobody is performing.

Whether we head out into the Kent countryside, meet somewhere that already holds memories for you, or keep it simple at home, I’ll gently guide you when you need it, and leave room for the rest to unfold.

These photographs become part of your family’s story, lasting reminders of what it felt like to be together in this season. Family sessions across Kent and beyond

I’m based in Tunbridge Wells and photograph families across Kent, East Sussex, Surrey, and London. Sessions take place outdoors in the countryside and along the coast, or in the comfort of your home.

If you are not sure where to go, I will suggest a small handful of locations that suit your family, the season, and the light.

From what to wear and where to shoot, to wriggly toddlers and gallery delivery, here’s what families ask most often. If anything isn’t covered below, just drop me a message.

Not at all. Most families feel that way at the start. I’ll guide you gently, give you something simple to do, and keep things moving so it never feels stiff or performative. You won’t be asked to “pose” for long. We’ll focus on connection, closeness, and the natural rhythm of you.
That’s completely normal, and I plan for it. We build in time to warm up, wander, cuddle, snack, and reset. I’ll meet your children where they are, and we’ll follow their lead. Some of the most beautiful images come from the in-between bits, not “perfect” behaviour.
Either at home (for a quieter, lived-in feel) or outdoors in the Kent countryside and coastline. If you’re not sure what suits you, I’ll help you choose based on the season, the ages of your children, and the kind of atmosphere you’re drawn to.
Think soft, simple, and comfortable. Neutral and earthy tones photograph beautifully, and textures (knits, linen, denim) add depth without shouting. I can share a short styling guide once you’re booked, and I’m always happy to help you pull outfits together.
If it’s unsafe or truly miserable, we’ll reschedule. If it’s “British weather” (cloudy, breezy, a little drizzly), we can often still shoot and make something beautiful from it. I’ll advise honestly, and we’ll decide together.
Your private online gallery is typically delivered within 3–4 weeks, depending on season. You’ll be able to download, share, and order prints directly if you’d like to turn your favourites into something tangible.
To secure your date, there’s a booking fee and signed contract. The remaining balance is due shortly before your session. I’ll send everything clearly with your invoice, so it’s all simple and sorted.
