Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Valentine’s Mini Sessions booked with Jacs Batchelor Photography. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
Mini sessions are reserved in advance but are not paid for at the time of booking. Payment is only required if you choose to purchase an image from your gallery following the session. Due to the limited availability and fixed schedule of mini sessions, missed sessions, late arrivals, or changes to bookings cannot be rescheduled. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to ensure the day runs smoothly for all families.
Session Scope
Mini sessions are short, focused experiences designed for the individuals listed at the time of booking. Additional people, extended family members, or pets cannot be accommodated unless agreed in advance. Styling and props are kept intentionally minimal.
Image Delivery & Selection
Edited preview galleries will be delivered within 10 working days of the session. From the date your gallery is sent, you will have 7 calendar days to select and purchase your chosen image(s). If no selection is made within this timeframe, the gallery may be archived and image availability cannot be guaranteed.
Copyright & Image Use
All photographs remain the copyright of Jacs Batchelor Photography. Clients are granted a non-transferable licence for personal use only. Images may be shared on personal social media accounts but must not be altered, filtered, cropped, sold, entered into competitions, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. The Photographer may use images from the session for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.
Editing & Artistic Style
Images are edited in the Photographer’s signature style. Body shape, facial features, or physical appearance are not altered beyond natural colour correction, light retouching, and standard artistic adjustments. Requests for re-edits or alternative editing styles cannot be accommodated.
Liability & Responsibility
The Photographer cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the session. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of children at all times. No refunds will be issued based on a child’s mood, cooperation, or participation.
Cancellation by the Photographer
In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to deliver the session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. No further liability will be incurred.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
